The founders offer more than 30 years of combined experience from a broad spectrum of transactions and M&A related services, of various sizes and industries. This means not only do we have an extensive list of investors across many industry sectors but we consider ourselves generalists and not industry-specific advisors. Typical clients are entrepreneurs, families, listed companies, co-ops, franchises and private equity investors. We have significant past experience in consumer related transactions, education, online and transport sectors.

The company was established in 2017 and has to date advised in more than 15 transactions and numerous other projects, such as valuations, market analysis and other strategic work. Located in central Stockholm, N2 Advisors is distinguished by entrepreneurial spirit and personal commitment.

Sell-side processes

We offer full project management services in connection with divestment of companies (majority or minority share); from producing the marketing material, identifying and contacting prospective buyers to final negotiations.

Buy-side advisory

We assist companies throughout the acquisition process, from market screening, valuation, due diligence support to final negotiations. We have an extensive list of potential investors across many industries.

Other services

Should you not require full project management advisory services for your transaction, N2 Advisors can also assist with smaller assignments related to the processes described above. In addition N2 Advisors conduct other services such as raising capital, valuation/fairness opinion, strategic reviews, market reviews/screenings and business plans.
